This role of Client Services Associate involves ensuring the highest level of service for our financial service clients. The successful candidate will be part of the Banking & Financial Services Department, working collaboratively to provide excellent customer support.

Description

  • Enquiry Management - handling inbound calls and emails from our clients and delivering industry leading client service quality to our stakeholders. Working alongside your colleagues and the wider business on the team to source answers.
  • Client Communications - ensuring the highest degree of care and accuracy when producing, checking and distributing regular client communications.
  • Change Management - using initiative to interrogate how we do things and acting as a key contributor to process improvement on the team with a focus on improving our client experience.
  • Project work - Being involved in a variety of exciting projects alongside your daily duties including the client's current IT project.
