We have an exciting opportunity within our wealth management client service team, working closely with our clients and UK & US-based financial advisers to ensure positive client outcomes. About the Role

Acting as a primary contact for client queries, overseeing the client onboarding process, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service, this role requires high efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Submitting new business to custody platforms.

Monitor and oversee the transfer of client assets.

Back-office system management.

Record keeping and audit trail management.

Handle service requests for clients.

Maintaining compliant data and records.

Working closely and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, financial advisors and custodians.

Assist with cash management.

Conduct annual client documentation checks.

Attend client meetings or calls.

Salary & Benefits

Basic salary: £27,000 to £30,000, dependent on experience.

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

Discretionary quarterly and annual bonuses based on individual and company performance.

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office & 2 days remotely (subject to probationary period).

Essential

Transferable experience working in financial services with experience in AML & KYC.

Unrestricted rights to work in the UK

Desirable

A degree, or degree-level qualification, would be preferred but is not necessary.

Commitment to personal development through training and professional exams.

Outstanding written and oral communication with an excellent telephone manner.

Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.

Ability to interact with wealthy individuals in a confident, professional manner.

Ability to work closely with third parties and commercial partners to achieve required client outcomes.

Comfortable working in a team.

Time management and prioritisation.

Excellent IT skills.

Attention to detail.

Can-do attitude.
