This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle and prioritise client transfer requests, collaborate with internal partners, and ensure all communications are within regulatory guidelines. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their knowledge of the Asset Management industry while working on special projects.* Opportunity to handle and prioritise client transfer requests* Collaborate with internal partners to develop solutions* Develop knowledge of the Asset ManagementWhat you'll do:As a Client Services Associate, your primary role will be handling and prioritising client transfer requests. You will follow standardised procedures to resolve any issues that arise during the transfer process. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to use as you conduct research and complete standard transactions. Collaborating with internal partners, you will develop solutions that meet our clients' needs. Ensuring that all communications are within regulatory guidelines, accurate, clear, and concise will be a key part of your role. You will also have the opportunity to expand your knowledge of the Asset Management industry. In addition to these responsibilities, you may be asked to participate in special projects or perform other duties.* Handle and prioritise assigned client transfer requests* Follow standardised procedures to resolve client transfer issues* Conduct research and complete standard transactions* Identify applicable internal partners to collaborate with to develop solutions* Ensure client inquiries are resolved and communicated within defined service levels* Ensure all communications are within regulatory guidelines, accurate, clear, and concise* Develop basic knowledge of funds, products, and services, as well as the overall Asset Management industry* Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assignedWhat you bring:The ideal candidate for the Client Services Associate position brings a minimum of one year related work experience. Experience in client services is preferred but not mandatory. An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience is required for this role. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be crucial in resolving client transfer issues. Your ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will enable you to manage your workload effectively. Strong communication skills are essential for ensuring clear, concise communication within regulatory guidelines.
