Fram Search is working with a leading boutique asset management firm, specializing in delivering tailored investment solutions to institutional clients. In order to continue providing excellent service to their clients, we are seeking a Client Services Manager to join an existing team. In this key role, you will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring that client needs are met, investment portfolios are monitored, and service levels are maintained to the highest standard.Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main liaison for institutional clients, ensuring effective communication and timely responses to inquiries.
  • Coordinate client reporting, presentations, and portfolio updates, delivering insights on performance, strategy, and market developments.
  • Collaborate with portfolio management, operations, and legal teams to address client needs and support investment mandates.
  • Manage client onboarding, transitions, and account maintenance in compliance with internal processes and regulatory standards.
