We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a long established Financial Planning Practice based in Central London who are seeking a Client Services Team Manager to lead and inspire a team of 6 support staff, ensuring the highest standards of client service and operational efficiency.
The Role
You’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the Client Services Team, ensuring they provide the necessary support to Financial Planners and Assistant Financial Planners. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing team workload, conducting 1:1s, and driving continuous improvement.
- Overseeing client onboarding processes to ensure seamless and efficient service.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and delivering effective solutions.
- Leading recruitment and career development for team members.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 3 years in a financial services role, with management experience.
- Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems, strong organizational abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Attributes: A calm, detail-oriented leader with high professional standards and a collaborative mindset.
