Description

  • Identify and act on opportunities to enhance client servicing needs.
  • Oversee all aspects of the client journey, from pre-account submissions to ongoing account management.
  • Manage business operational projects and ensure strict adherence to processes and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with banking counterparties and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely processing of payments and adherence to Service-Level Agreements.
  • Contribute to system and process improvements within the department.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have some experience in financial services, with strong time management, communication, and client service skills. They will be proactive, diligent, and able to thrive in a challenging environment, with the ability to adapt to new challenges and work effectively as part of a team. They will have experience in a Client Services Officer or similar position.
