Description

  • Managing client accounts and overseeing payment processing.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, banks, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and client efficiency.
  • Supporting operational projects and ensuring adherence to procedures.
  • Assisting in the day-to-day activities of the Client Services Team and providing high-touch service to global clients.

Profile

The ideal Client Services Post On-boarding candidate will have experience in financial services, particularly in FX brokerage, payments, or banking, with strong time management and communication skills. They should be methodical, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating diligence, adaptability, and a strategic mindset.
