The client is an independent investment advisory firm, specialising in wealth management for high-net-worth individuals. They offer a comprehensive range of financial services, leveraging deep expertise and a robust platform to serve their clients.
Description
- Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, addressing needs related to investments, cash management, and trading.
- Execute trades across public market investments and manage structured products from issuance to settlement.
- Manage client portfolios, including cash balances, loans, and investments, while ensuring alignment with their objectives.
- Handle client onboarding, regulatory reviews, and ongoing client document management.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the investment team in portfolio management and trade execution.
Profile
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience as a Client Services Representative or similar role. They will have experience in wealth management, private banking, or asset management, with strong knowledge of capital markets and experience executing trades. They will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. FCA registration and a Level 4 RDR-compliant qualification are required, but support will be given to complete this if needed.
