A global market leader in private sector pensions is seeking an experienced Pensions Actuary or equivalent for the role of Head of Private Sector Clients.
The position offers a hybrid working model with 2 days per week office-based in London or the South.
Candidates should possess deep technical defined benefit (DB) pension skills and strong relationship management abilities.
This permanent role comes with a fantastic remuneration and benefits package.
A minimum of several years of relevant experience is required to effectively develop client relationships and lead the team.

The Role:

Star Actuarial is working exclusively for a Global Market Leader who are looking for an experienced Pensions Actuary (or equivalent) to be Head of Private Sector Clients.

This is a critical role and a key appointment. In this key role you will:

Focus on the client relationships
Develop the team
Develop customer journey plans
Drive internal agendas to become more competitive

What will I need?

Deep technical DB pension skills (having worked on a lot of big schemes)
strong relationship management skills.

Offices are predominantly in London and the south and the ideal is 2 days per week hybrid working, however, there is flexibility on this for the right candidate.
