Financial Administrator (Wealth Management Firm)Excellent Benefits & Progression

We are working with a forward-thinking wealth management firm that is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join their growing team. This role will primarily focus on pre-meeting client duties, ensuring the smooth preparation and organisation of client activities ahead of advisor meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Information Management:
    • Update and maintain client records in the CRM system.
    • Collect and verify client information, including financial documents and personal details.
  • Meeting Preparation:
    • Prepare client review packs, including investment summaries, policy details, and portfolio performance reports.
    • Liaise with financial providers to obtain up-to-date valuations and relevant documentation.
  • Compliance Checks:
    • Ensure all required documentation and compliance checks are completed prior to meetings.
    • Follow up on outstanding client information or paperwork.
  • Coordination and Support:
    • Schedule client meetings and send confirmation emails with necessary details.
    • Prepare meeting agendas in coordination with advisors to ensure all client concerns are addressed.

This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines. While experience in financial services administration and familiarity with compliance regulations would be advantageous, it’s not essential.
