My client, a well-established and highly successful Wealth Management firm (SJP) based in London, is seeking a versatile IFA Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in wealth management, with the added benefit of a flexible, hybrid working pattern.

In this role, you will support a Partner by handling technical-level administration for Ultra High Net Worth clients, managing complex cases across pensions, investments, inheritance tax, estate planning, and protection. Your responsibilities will include fund switches, preparing annual reviews, liaising with third-party providers, preparing illustrations and Letters of Authority (LOAs), handling valuations, and managing client relationships, including diary management.

The role is fully hybrid, with the option to work 2-3 days in the office and the remainder from home.
