This position is perfect for a graduate with around 12 months of IFA Admin experience or an administrator with 1 to 2 years of experience looking for a fresh challenge.

As you develop your expertise, your role will expand to include processing new business, ensuring compliance, handling fund switches, preparing valuations, liaising with providers, managing diaries, organising and attending client meetings, and overseeing the ongoing client review process. You’ll also have the chance to start writing suitability letters and engaging with technical queries as you progress.

The firm offers structured mentoring and learning programs for all staff, along with full study support toward the CII Level 4 Diploma. After an initial training period, you’ll also have the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement.
