Financial Administrator with a route to Paraplanner£28k - £33k depending on experience plus benefitsLondon office - West EndFirst 8 weeks in the office then 2 days WFHMy client is a financial advice business who have been operating for 20 years and have built a lasting reputation for providing the highest levels of advice on Pensions, Investments, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages and some Protections to clients across London and the Southeast.The business has c.20 Advisers and a full team of admins and paraplanners who work with HNW retirees, City professionals, families with varying levels of assets. The business manages the affairs of over 1000 clients with a total of nearly £2bn AUM with the top clients having over £5m to invest. The business has grown organically over its lifespan and plans to continue its expansion plans by increasing its AUM through recommendation and referral.A vacancy has been created within the business for Financial Administrator with at least 12 months of experience doing end to end administration. You will be working in a pooled team working under a Team Leader who will be your go-to-person for all queries. If you aspire to step into a more technical role in good time then the Directors are happy to support you with this. The role will be based in Central London during your induction and onboarding then you will be allowed to work from home 2 days per weekYour duties will include but are not limited to: drafting LOA's, LOV's, creating meeting packs, answering client queries, speaking to providers and other stakeholders, updating the internal CRM and any other ad hoc administrative tasks to help the smooth flow of the support function within the business. You will have the opportunity to do some paraplanning work if you choose to do so and the Directors will aid you with an industry exams.
