This is the ideal role for an ambitious adviser seeking to break free from traditional wealth management structures and cultivate their own book of clients, backed by cutting-edge technology and a forward-looking approach to financial advice.

As a Financial Planner, you will have the autonomy to create new business opportunities by leveraging embedded lead generation channels. You will provide holistic financial planning, helping clients make informed decisions to live the lives they aspire to, while enjoying the support of a technology-driven platform and highly technical Paraplanning team to allow you to focus on what you do best—delivering exceptional client service.

You’ll be playing a critical role in the firm’s growth and revolutionizing how financial advice is delivered. The firm has eliminated outdated processes like paper-based reports, allowing you to offer entirely digital, streamlined advice to your clients.

Requirements:

  • Level 4 Diploma Qualified Financial Planner, progressing with Chartered exams
  • A strong ability to build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of attention to detail
  • A self-starter with the drive to grow your own client base and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with leveraging technology and open to learning new ways of doing things
  • Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years advising experience, although if you are earlier in your advice career this will also be considered.

Basic salary is depending on qualifications and experience and there is a competitive bonus scheme in place. The firm offers hybrid working flexibility with typically 2-3 days a week in the office.
