My client are a Chartered independent wealth planning firm with offices across the UK who I have met and placed 20+ members of staff with. They offer whole of market financial advice to HNW retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners across the UK. The advisers consult on pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, retirement planning, protections and some esoteric schemes. They have very longstanding relations with accountancy and solicitor practices who refer business to them and the advisers.
One of the company's highest billing advisers (£1m+ in fee generation per year) is creating a new role for a Junior Adviser with 12 - 18 months of experience who has their Competent Adviser Status signed off and is looking to push their adviser career forward with mentorship, guidance and training to aid with an big inflow of new business opportunities. The adviser generates a huge amount of new business opportunities through their networking activity and referrals. The role will be aid the adviser with all new business inflows. The role will be suitable for someone driven, entrepreneurial and wiling to get stuck in to an array of cases on a whole of market basis. My client will consider independent or restricted advisers, personality and willingness to grab the opportunity by the horns is the most important to my client. If you're working towards your Chartered status then this is advantageous.
- Salary: £55k - £60k + bonuses (30% of fees written above validation)
