In that time, they have consistently grown year on year organically and via acquisitions. They have an excellent reputation for offer non jargon based, holistic financial planning for their clients and are multi award winning within their sector.
They have just asked us to help work on one of the best opportunities they have giving us, for someone that is just starting out in their career as a Financial Adviser. Their highest billing Financial Advsier is now planning their exit from the business, so is looking for someone they can mentor, so overtime they can handover a large chunk of their clients to.
They are looking for some with circa 2 years practical experience of providing financial advice, that wants to take their career to the next level. You will be working closely with one of the most inspirational and entrepreneurial Financial Advisers in the sector, gaining practical on the job training and working within a very team orientated and supportive environment.
As this is such a great opportunity for someone, my client is looking for a Financial Adviser that is truly excited by the prospect, has a can-do attitude, is a sponge that can absorb and apply new skills and techniques and wants a long-term career move, rather than just another job.
