We are working with a well-established and respected financial advisory firm with an impressive, ready-made client base.This isn't your typical role where you're expected to generate your own leads—this is about advising, providing exceptional service, and delivering tailored financial solutions to an already engaged client bank.The IFA Independent Financial Advisor Role:
- Provide financial advice on protection, pensions, and investments to a diverse portfolio of clients, including business owners and high-income earners.
- Focus solely on advising, without the need for sales or lead generation.
- Manage and develop relationships within an existing client bank, offering tailored solutions based on individual financial needs.
- Collaborate with a dedicated in-house administration team to ensure efficient processing and client satisfaction.
- Utilise a consultative approach, ensuring client protection needs are met with appropriate products, including whole-of-life protection.
IFA Independent Financial Advisor skills and experience:
- Diploma-level qualified (Chartered status not required).
- 5 years’ experience working as an IFA or in a similar advisory role.
- Strong communication skills, able to engage with a diverse range of clients, from sports enthusiasts to entrepreneurs.
- Professional, polished, and outgoing—someone who knows how to build rapport and trust.
- Confidence and conversational ability to talk about anything with anyone.
- You must have previous experience working in a traditional IFA practice
The IFA Independent Financial Advisor Packages
Employed
- £30-35k base salary
- Teired commission 10%-40%
Self-Employed
- Competitive 45% commission on everything
- Achievable earnings expectation of £10k per month
