Reward Recruitment are currently supporting an expanding Financial Services firm, looking to open a central London Office.
They are interested in hiring someone who is:
- Able to transfer circa £15-£20m AUM of client following in the first 12-18 months.
- CAS status.
- Excellent compliance record.
- Track record of delivering and converting clients.
In return they will provide:
- A central London office location.
- Marketing support to drive and generate clients into the office.
- Full time remote paraplanner to support. These will be based in their Head Office, but designated for said adviser.
- Competitive salary and bonus structure based on AUM brought in.
- Independent adviser firm with an in-house discretionary managed portfolio service.
- Proven client generation service.
- If you own the clients now and are looking to sell them, they will consider acquiring once transferred over.
