Job Description:
As a Financial Planner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial advice and planning services to a diverse range of clients. You will work closely with individuals and businesses to understand their financial goals and create customized plans that meet their needs. You will be expected to build long-term client relationships, offer expert advice on investments, pensions, tax planning, and retirement strategies, and provide ongoing support to ensure clients' financial objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial objectives and providing tailored advice to help them achieve their goals.

Financial Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive financial plans covering areas such as investment management, retirement planning, tax strategies, pensions, and estate planning.

Investment Advice: Provide expert advice on investment opportunities, ensuring that clients' portfolios align with their risk tolerance, goals, and time horizons.

Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to ensure clients receive the best advice and solutions.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial advice and recommendations comply with regulatory standards and internal policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant financial regulations.

Client Reporting & Review: Prepare regular financial reports and conduct periodic reviews of clients' financial situations, adjusting plans as needed to reflect changes in circumstances or objectives.

New Business Development: Proactively identify opportunities for new business and expand the client base through referrals and networking.
Key Requirements:

Qualifications:
- Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent (Level 4 qualification).
- Chartered Financial Planner status (preferred but not essential).
- Ongoing commitment to continuous professional development (CPD).

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or financial advisory roles.
- Proven track record of developing and managing client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, tax planning, pensions, and financial regulations.
- Experience working in a regulated environment is essential.
