Your Role:

Client Servicing & Meeting Prep – Assist in delivering an outstanding holistic financial planning service

Technical Administration – Submit new business, process trades, and assist with portfolio rebalancing

Compliance & Documentation – Maintain accurate client records, ensuring FCA and GDPR compliance

Workflow Management – Take ownership of key administrative processes and deadlines

What we are looking for:

Experience working in the independent wealth management sector

Strong working knowledge of Intelligent Office (iO) and financial platforms

Excellent communication and IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel)

A proactive, organised approach with a passion for exceptional client service
