They build investment strategies that are designed to be resilient and help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. Many of their clients are international, with finances, business interests, property and family across multiple countries. They provide clear comprehensive financial strategies and global reporting regardless of currency or location.They now have an opportunity within their highly prestigious US Family Office team for a Financial Planning Administrator with 12-18 months industry experience to join. They are offering a salary up to £36k for the right candidate. This opportunity can lead someone into a Paraplanner role within 2 years and then furthermore, a route to Adviser status.The US team specialises in working with complex HNW and UHNW clients, providing an expansive service which effectively manages their investable assets.  This Financial Planning Administrator will be a key member of the Client Services team within the US team. They will act as the voice of the Adviser and their clients both internally across the firm and externally with service providers/business partners. They will be responsible for helping to ensure the seamless onboarding of new clients and delivering excellence in client service to new and existing clients.Responsibilities
  • Supporting clients throughout onboarding lifecycle, including but not limited to;
  • Preparing account opening documentation
  • Assisting clients with documentation completion
  • Advising clients on Source of Wealth and KYC requirements
  • Monitoring progress of account opening and providing regular updates to clients & Advisers.
  • Communicating with external service providers including but not limited to; third party custodians, pension providers and incumbent custodians
  • Processing client payments
  • Assisting in the co-ordination of new assets being transferred into client accounts
  • Answering ad-hoc queries from clients and their external advisers
  • Collating Annual Suitability Review documentation/requirements prior to client meetings
  • Ensuring client files are up to date and compliant
  • Initiating various processes through the workflow system
  • Instructing changes to client and portfolio static data
  • Subject matter expert in all items related to client administration
  • Completion of simple IRS tax forms
Experience
  • 12 months+ experience working with Ultra/High Net Worth clients within a IFA or Wealth Management environment
  • Knowledge of planning products e.g. SIPPs/ISAs/JISAs/Offshore Bonds – desired but not essential
  • Commitment to excellence with high levels of data accuracy/a focus on attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels with the ability to manage relationships both internally and externally
  • Extremely well organised with the ability to handle high levels of pressure whilst supporting critical decision-making.
  • High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance.
  • Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success.
