An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate that has had some basic exposure to Financial Services, to work in their London Office. This full-time role involves working closely with advisers and paraplanners, providing vital administrative support to ensure efficient financial processes and superior client service. Initially, the position is fully office-based during the six-month probation period, transitioning to a hybrid working model (four days in-office, one day remote) thereafter.

Financial administration duties involve processing Letters of Authority, liaising with third-party providers, managing fund switches, pension transfers, ISA contributions, and preparing documentation for annual reviews. Additionally, the role includes maintaining and updating the bespoke CRM system, assisting with sensitive tasks like death claims, and working closely with advisers and paraplanners in both remote and office settings.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate with prior basic Financial Administrative or internship experience, ideally within financial wealth services. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential, along with excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with advisers, clients, and third-party providers.
