About the RoleAs a Paraplanner, you’ll be a key support to the Financial Planners, helping to provide clients with tailored advice across retirement planning, investments, protection, and tax planning. This is a hands-on position where your expertise will play an integral role in shaping financial recommendations and client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Report Preparation: Craft personalized and professional advice reports for clients, ensuring each recommendation is tailored to individual needs.
- Client Solutions: Use your research and analytical skills to identify the best solutions for clients, leveraging a variety of financial tools.
- Technical Expertise: Address technical queries confidently and ensure that advice remains current and compliant.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Financial Planners and Administrators to provide seamless support, embodying a client-focused approach.
- Standards Compliance: Maintain high advice standards and adhere to best practices in financial planning.
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and experience as a Paraplanner. Chartered exams would be considered advantageous.
- Proficiency in preparing technical advice reports with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of financial providers, investment platforms, and cash flow modelling tools is beneficial.
