The position is suitable for someone passionate about building a long-term career as a Financial Advisor, with a salary of £25,000 and a requirement of at least 1 year of relevant experience.

We are partnering with a boutique, chartered financial planning firm located just west of Cardiff. As a growing and dynamic practice, they are seeking an ambitious individual with a foundational knowledge of financial planning, who is eager to progress into a Trainee Paraplanner role, with the potential to advance into a Trainee Advisor position. This well-established firm is committed to fostering talent from within and offers an exceptional development pathway, including full exam support up to Level 6 (Chartered) status, comprehensive training, client-facing experience, and dedicated mentoring. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone passionate about building a long-term career as a Financial Advisor. Duties will include but not limited to:

Onboarding new clients and support in servicing existing clients
Supporting a financial advisor in client meetings
Sending out letters of authority
Liaising with product providers
Working closely with the other administrators, paraplanners and advisers
General administration duties such as email management

The ideal candidate will have an IFA admin background; however, our client will consider someone from a bank or restricted advice background. A desire to complete their level 4 with the CII and progress into a trainee pp or advisor role, eventually becoming Chartered.
