Establishing and overseeing effective administrative processes to support advisers and paraplanners.

Preparing and processing new client business, maintaining accurate client records, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Managing communications with financial product providers, ensuring timely and accurate policy servicing.

Ensuring strict compliance with FCA regulations and internal guidelines.

Delivering exceptional client service, proactively addressing client inquiries, and supporting strong client relationships.

Proven experience within IFA Administration or Wealth Management administration roles.

Strong knowledge of financial services, pensions, investments, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
