IFA Administrator – Shaping the Future of Wealth Management

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to make a meaningful impact at one of London’s most dynamic and innovative financial advisory startups. The ambitious firm, now entering its second successful year, already manages over £24 million in Assets Under Management (AUM) and has pipeline of over £2Million a month in new business. 

Salary: up to £50,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishing and overseeing effective administrative processes to support advisers and paraplanners.

  • Preparing and processing new client business, maintaining accurate client records, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

  • Managing communications with financial product providers, ensuring timely and accurate policy servicing.

  • Ensuring strict compliance with FCA regulations and internal guidelines.

  • Delivering exceptional client service, proactively addressing client inquiries, and supporting strong client relationships.

Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience within IFA Administration or Wealth Management administration roles.

  • Strong knowledge of financial services, pensions, investments, and relevant regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
