A reputable Housing Association in London is seeking an Interim Senior Financial Planner on a 3-6 month contract. This role is vital in supporting the organisation’s financial planning process, with a focus on financial modelling and cash flow forecasting. The successful candidate will work within the Brixx software, ensuring that long-term financial plans are robust and aligned with organisational objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining financial models to support business planning and cash flow forecasting
- Working extensively within Brixx to complete key tasks around long-term financial planning
- Supporting senior stakeholders with financial insights that drive decision-making
- Assisting in light Treasury activities to ensure alignment with financial forecasts
- Collaborating with finance and operational teams to enhance the financial planning process
This role will suit someone with:
- A full accountancy qualification, or approaching qualification, or QBE
- Experience in financial modelling and business planning within the Housing sector
- Strong working knowledge of Brixx (or similar financial planning software) is desirable
- A background in FP&A or a similar financial planning role, with proven success in delivering accurate forecasts and long-term plans
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with senior stakeholders
