My client are a boutique IFA firm based in Central London who I have placed 1 adviser with. They offer whole of market advice on Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, retirement planning, IHT etc. They manage the affairs of clients with assets ranging from £100k to £1m to invest who are City professionals, retirees, families and business owners.The Managing Director has had a long illustrious career in financial planning and has set up a new business currently with 4 members of staff and the ambition is to grow the business to c.40 staff over the next 10 years. The Managing Director is looking to recruit a brand new junior adviser who is happy to get stuck in and generate some new business and be part of "a project" as the business grows and you will be given an equity stake in the business.You may be a client facing paraplanner or a trainee adviser or even an accomplished business development manager with your level 4 diploma who is looking to step into a formal advising role. My client will support you with obtaining your Competent Adviser Status and aid you in becoming an accomplished financial adviser, but you will need to be able to generate new business from leads which will be given to you by accountants/solicitors which the MD has warm relations with.If this role sounds of interest or any other Adviser/Planner roles I am working on please get in touch.
