A growing and busy Independent Financial Advisory practice in Central London are looking for an organised graduate or school leaver to join their team as a Junior IFA Administrator. The Junior IFA Administrator role is to support the wider business with duties such as:

  • Providing support to Administrators and Adviser staff
  • Providing high quality client servicing, contacting them to provide updates and information
  • Issuing valuations, LOAs and annual review letters
  • Updating the CRM system with client information
  • Liaising with providers and platforms
  • Welcoming and greeting clients

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Some experience working in an office setting
  • Educated to GCSE's / A Level
  • Ability to communicate well with internal staff and external parties
  • Enthusiasm about the Financial Planning industry
  • Excellent phone and email manner
