Mortgage Advisor / Internal BDM

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels

- Qualify leads by assessing their financial needs and eligibility for mortgage products

- Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to introduce our mortgage solutions

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system accordingly

- Stay updated on industry trends and mortgage products to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of mortgage products and regulations is a plus
