Are you a current Paraplanner with aspirations to become a Financial Adviser within a well regarded wealth management firm?

In this Paraplanner role, you will initially spend 4 days per week providing paraplanning support to their Senior Financial Advisers. You will be able to devote the other 1 day per week to identifying and building your client portfolio. Any clients you obtain will be yours, but the business will be written by an approved Financial Adviser with a fee split agreed between you.

This arrangement will enable you to develop your client bank, ready for when you are signed off as a Financial Adviser. In addition, by shadowing their Senior Financial Advisers you will have firsthand knowledge of how to operate effectively as an Adviser.

The timescale of progression from Paraplanner to Financial Adviser is dependent on how quickly you can build a client bank to justify the transition to full-time Financial Adviser. Our client has an individual in the business who joined in this same position a year ago and is now close to being ready.

Once transitioned to full Adviser, the business would continue to support you through feeding you acquired clients to service, providing back office support and continued mentoring.
