Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive paraplanning support to financial planners.
- Prepare detailed and accurate financial plans, reports, and recommendations for HNW clients.
- Conduct research and analysis on various financial products and strategies.
- Ensure all client documentation and advice meet regulatory requirements and firm standards.
- Collaborate closely with financial planners to ensure seamless client service delivery.
- Manage and prioritize a diverse caseload of complex financial planning scenarios.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial planning practices, products, and legislation.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Paraplanner in the financial services industry, preferably within a wealth management or financial planning firm.
- Working towards or already attained Chartered status.
- Strong technical knowledge of financial planning, investment products, tax, and pension planning.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to handle complex cases.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Client-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
