The Role

As a Paraplanner/Technical Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Financial Advisers by delivering high-quality technical support, research, and analysis. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing detailed suitability reports and recommendations for clients.
• Conducting in-depth research on financial products and providers.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of financial plans.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaising with advisers and clients to provide exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong technical knowledge of financial planning. Key requirements include:

• Demonstrable experience in a Paraplanning or similar technical role within financial services.
• Ideally Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards).
• Proficient in financial planning software and tools.
• A solid understanding of investments, pensions, and protection products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
