Description

The Paraplanner's responsibilities include:

  • Preparation and maintenance of client files, including data collection, compliance documentation, and cash flow modelling.
  • Conducting research and analysis to support tailored financial advice, including retirement planning, tax strategies, and investment solutions.
  • Preparing and reviewing detailed financial advice reports and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Overseeing the implementation of recommendations and liaising with clients, third parties, and internal teams.
  • Supporting client reviews, updating financial plans, and acting as a key contact for ongoing queries.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a holistic Paraplanning role and hold the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent). They should demonstrate excellent knowledge of financial planning, compliance, and regulatory requirements, alongside strong organisational and communication skills. A methodical approach, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial planning software are essential.
