Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret client data and meeting notes to build compliant financial recommendations

  • Prepare Suitability Reports, illustrations, and recommendation packs

  • Conduct in-depth product and market research using industry-standard tools

  • Liaise with Advisers to ensure files are review-ready and compliant

  • Ensure ongoing client file maintenance in line with regulatory standards

  • Monitor Discretionary Fund Manager performance and support with project work

  • Maintain robust knowledge of investment platforms, protection products, and estate planning solutions

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in a Paraplanner role within a UK-based financial advice firm

  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection

  • Proven ability to write compliant, personalised Suitability Reports

  • Familiarity with compliance processes under the FCA

  • Comfortable using Intelligent Office and financial planning tools such as Voyant and FE Analytics
