A mid-sized Financial Planning practice in North London are hiring across a number of their teams in a period of growth. They look after individual and corporate clients and are seeking a detail-orientated Paraplanner to join their team.As a Paraplanner, you will be responsible for supporting one or more Financial Advisers by managing advice processes in a compliant and efficient manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with client meeting preparation, attending these as required
  • Undertaking research into products
  • Writing suitability reports across Pensions, Investments, Protection, Equity Release
  • Cash flow modelling
  • Manage new business cases and submissions
  • Monitor new business pipeline
  • Fund switches & withdrawals
  • Utilising Voyant, SelectaPension, FE Analytics and more
  • Building strong relationships with Advisers, clients, and providers.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in paraplanning or a similar role within financial services.
  • Is Level 4 Diploma qualified (or close to completion!)
  • Has a good understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Can build strong relationships with clients, advisers, and providers.
