Description

  • Prepare and maintain client files, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Build and analyse cash flow models to align with clients' financial goals.
  • Research and recommend tailored financial planning solutions, including retirement, tax, and inheritance planning.
  • Draft clear and concise advice letters and suitability reports.
  • Liaise with clients and third parties, including legal and tax advisers, to oversee the implementation of financial recommendations.
  • Prepare for client reviews and update financial plans as required.
  • Ensure all administration tasks are completed efficiently, including liaising with third parties and overseeing application processes.

Profile

The ideal Paraplanner candidate will have a deep understanding of financial services and planning, regulations, and compliance. They should possess at least three years of paraplanning experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, and proficiency in tools such as cash flow planning software. A CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning is essential, with progress towards an advanced diploma being desirable. Candidates should demonstrate integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to staying updated with industry developments.
