Paraplanner, central London

Hybrid working (remote option for the right individuals)

Up to £60,000

This role is ideal for experienced Paraplanners who are already Level 4 qualified (CII Diploma or equivalent) and looking to expand their technical skillset in a supportive and high-performing environment.

This is a long-established, directly authorised financial planning and investment management firm, based in central London with a number of other offices across the country. The business is growing steadily and has an excellent reputation.

With a mix of Financial Planners and Investment Managers under one roof, Paraplanners here get broad exposure to both financial planning and portfolio management. Technology is used efficiently and training is continuous - from technical updates to soft skill development.

The Role

You’ll work closely with experienced Financial Planners, helping them prepare and deliver high-quality advice to clients. You’ll take ownership of report writing, research, product analysis, and technical calculations. A typical day could include crafting suitability letters, conducting pension and tax calculations, supporting transition projects for new clients, or collaborating with the team on holistic financial plans.

Expect a mix of structured routine and technical problem-solving, especially in areas like IHT planning, income planning, and cashflow modelling. You’ll also contribute to team meetings and have input on process improvements, all while being backed by a professional and collaborative paraplanning team
