Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Paraplanner Team Leader for a chartered firm of financial planners on a permanent basis.
The role requires a minimum of 3 years of paraplanning experience and chartered status or near completion.
This position offers a salary between £65,000 and £70,000, along with a 10% bonus and an attractive benefits package.
The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of paraplanners, conduct team meetings, and handle complex investments.

We are partnered with a chartered firm of financial planners who are looking to appoint a Paraplanner Team Leader on a permanent basis.

With a client bank of HNW private cliental, this role offers an experienced Paraplanner a real opportunity to act as an integral member of the team.

Lead & manage a team of paraplanners

Work allocation to the team
Leading team meetings & manage workloads
Conduct quarterly team meetings
To complete compliant suitability reports
Dealing with complex investments
Product research
Cashflow modelling

The Person:

Chartered status/ near to completion (essential)
Team leader experience (essential)
Minimum of c3 years + paraplanning experience (essential)
Exposure to HNW cliental (desirable)
Excellent working knowledge surrounding the key areas of Financial Planning
Strong commercial & technical knowledge

In return this opportunity offers a basic salary of between £65,000 & £70,000 + 10% bonus & attractive wider benefits package.
