Over the course of our nearly ten years of close collaboration, we have witnessed this multi-award winning chartered wealth management organisation expand both naturally and through acquisitions. Within this company, we have secured numerous positions for individuals, all of whom have gone on to have fulfilling careers. They are currently seeking an experienced paraplanner who wishes to take their first step into staff management due to their ongoing expansion. The company's top billing adviser, who has a dedicated support staff made up of a combination of paraplanners, financial advisers, and client relationship managers, will be your boss. The daily support of more junior Paraplanners will be a part of this role's focus.

The administration and distribution of their workflow, frequent evaluations of the reports they provide, and serving as the initial point of contact for any technical enquiries they may have are among their responsibilities. Along with attending client meetings and actively participating in the product review and recommendation process, you will also be collaborating closely with the adviser. This would be a great first step for you if you're seeking a new challenge but don't want to become an adviser. Since they work with HNW and certain UHNW clients, my client is looking for someone who is technically strong but also flexible with regard to prior staff supervising experience, as they can train you in this area.

The position has the added benefit of being somewhat home-based and partially office-based, and it involves working with an incredibly motivating and enterprising adviser who genuinely values and supports those who help him. My client would want to speak with you if you have at least three years of consistent paraplanning expertise.
