Role responsibilities

  • The main purpose is to proactively manage the relationship with a number of large, complex and strategic client and provide each client with the best possible service
  • Support with new business sales pitches and oversee the transition of schemes onto the Master Trust with the objective of building the relationship with each client from an early stage
  • Continue to manage each client on an on going basis as part of BAU service delivery
  • Build a strong network with different internal stakeholders to assist with providing a top class service across the board

Role requirements

  • Excellent and indepth knowledge across Defined Contribution Pension arrangements
  • A proven track record of successfully building and maintain long term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Top class communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience of working with a Master Trust would be advantageous but not essential
