Role responsibilities
- The main purpose is to proactively manage the relationship with a number of large, complex and strategic client and provide each client with the best possible service
- Support with new business sales pitches and oversee the transition of schemes onto the Master Trust with the objective of building the relationship with each client from an early stage
- Continue to manage each client on an on going basis as part of BAU service delivery
- Build a strong network with different internal stakeholders to assist with providing a top class service across the board
Role requirements
- Excellent and indepth knowledge across Defined Contribution Pension arrangements
- A proven track record of successfully building and maintain long term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Top class communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience of working with a Master Trust would be advantageous but not essential
