Our client, established for over twenty years is an independent, family-run financial planning firm with whole of market access. Due to on-going success require a Paraplanner. The role is based in central London with easy transport links.

Duties:

Prepare suitability reports in line with client objectives and as agreed with the adviser.

Either post or email the report to the clients (as directed by Adviser) and monitor the

Ensure all relevant compliance paperwork has been obtained and stored in the appropriate

Ensure that accurate and relevant paperwork and documentation is collated and ready for

adviser meetings.

Use online systems and portals for illustration generation, application processing etc. and

obtaining product literature where required.

Process client recommendations and proactively take action to chase information and

decisions from product providers on behalf of the client.

Carry out technical research as part of the client’s existing arrangement review process.

Maintain core systems ensuring that all tasks are carried out and completed in line with the

company policy and procedures.

Maintain awareness of, and act in accordance with, all Compliance and legislative

Provide accurate support the Financial Advisers ensuring they are prepared for client

meetings, managing client expectations and demonstrate how our services meet their

personal and financial needs.

Candidates must be a minimum of level 4 but ideally Chartered.

Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
