We’re currently seeking a Senior Financial Planner at Director level to join our client, a leading wealth management organisation based in London.

Known for their client-centric approach, they help individuals, family trusts, businesses, and charities to achieve financial success through comprehensive, tailored advice. As a Senior Financial Planner working at Director level, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering strategic financial planning and wealth management advice to a diverse clientele across London and the South East. Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build new relationships and nurture existing ones, providing a high standard of service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. You’ll be instrumental in growing the client base, creating opportunities for referrals and new business.
  • Financial Planning Expertise: Provide technically accurate, up-to-date advice tailored to each client’s financial needs, focusing on areas such as retirement planning, inheritance, and tax efficiency.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with in-house Investment Management and Professional Services teams, ensuring a seamless and integrated experience for clients.
  • Leadership: Structure and lead professional client meetings, and if you’re experienced in management, you’ll also have the chance to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Chartered via the CII, or working towards
  • A minimum of 4 years in financial planning, with strong technical expertise and a proven ability to communicate complex strategies effectively.
  • A natural relationship builder with a client-centric mindset, driven to provide exceptional service and foster long-term relationships.
  • An individual with a passion for growth and business development, ideally with some team management experience.
