You don’t work on a 1-1 basis though, so there’s plenty of variety to your work. They have a 4 x death in service scheme and contribute an initial 4% to a pension, but it does go up by 1% each year to a contribution of 10%. Holidays are 28 days (including time off over Christmas when the office shuts). Here’s what you’ll need:You’ll be level 4 qualified and will know your way around areas of financial planning such as IHT planning (and possibly EIS/VCT).Your technical knowledge will be tested at interview so you'll need to know your stuff. And given this is a senior role so you’ll have a reasonable amount of Paraplanning experience.You’ll also be able to get to their offices in North London three days a week.
