The Role – Key Responsibilities

Client Meetings & Financial Planning: Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and provide tailored technical follow-ups.

Cashflow Modelling & Suitability Reports: Build lifetime cashflow models (ideally using Voyant) and produce comprehensive suitability letters.

Complex & Technical Queries: Handle in-depth client queries on investments, pensions, tax planning, and asset allocation.

Regulatory & Compliance: Stay updated with legislative and regulatory changes, ensuring full compliance.

Team Collaboration & Leadership: Support and mentor administrators on technical matters, ensuring a seamless client experience.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in an independent wealth management or IFA setting, ideally in a paraplanning role with direct HNW client exposure.

Chartered Financial Planner (CII) or equivalent – essential.

Deep knowledge of investment, pensions, tax planning, trusts, pension transfers, and asset allocation.

Experience with Voyant (cashflow modelling) and Intelliflo is highly desirable.
