In this business, the Senior Paraplanner is an elevated role compared to much of the industry where, rather than reporting into a financial advisor, you'll form part of the specialist planning team.You will be involved in all areas of financial planning and will be responsible for owning the end-to-end advice process, deciding the recommendations and curating the financial plans for clients, whilst helping shape processes and the way they provide advice for years to come.This role will excite those who are passionate about the industry they work in and seek to take on more responsibility within a forward-thinking firm. They are a planning led firm that leverages technology to empower the planning team to focus on the important areas which need their expertise - creating fantastic advice for clients.What you’ll be doing:
  • Creating brilliant advice for clients
  • Being a technical expert on all things financial planning
  • Cashflow modelling
  • Analysis of clients existing products and investments
  • Ownership of individual planning projects requiring technical expertise
  • Maintaining the pinnacle of standards of advice for clients
  • Designing and refining processes and ways of working
  • Working with the tech team to help remove admin and drive efficiency
  • Helping to train, support and manage more junior colleagues and admin support
Experience Required:
  • Minimum Diploma Qualified, preference for Chartered or close to
  • 3 plus years' experience in a Paraplanning capacity
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Client centric
