In this exciting role, you play a vital part in developing and implementing the client’s partnerships strategy, whilst supporting the Head of Commercial in achieving the annual targets.

THE COMPANY

Our client is a leading British prestigious arts organisation renowned across the globe.

THE ROLE

As Senior Partnerships Manager, you will lead on 5 and 6-figure corporate partnerships, helping the organisation to meet their ambitious targets. This sits in a great team that is equal parts friendly and driven.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide support and direction for a portfolio of existing high-value relationships, ensuring that all are maximised by identifying client needs.
  • Manage client relationships with a focus on driving income growth.
  • Research of marketplace for sponsorship, both competitive and business development, identifying new potential partnerships
  • Prepare strong tailored proposals and sponsorship packages for the client’s projects.
  • Create and prepare high-quality proposals and sponsorship packages for funding opportunities, presenting tailored solutions where required. 
  • Prepare sponsorship contracts and letters of agreement for sponsors.
  • Work effectively with data sources, contacts, Senior Volunteers, Trustees, and colleagues to identify changes in the business landscape, risks, and opportunities. 

THE PERSON 

To be successful in this role, you will need an established record in delivering complex projects and partnerships, and to significant annual targets. 

Any applicant must have a good understanding of the marketing mix, including working with digital assets and the ability to work with metrics within sponsorship proposals and packages. 

You will demonstrate the ability to identify and meet customer needs, using creativity and problem-solving where necessary.

Lastly, this is a collaborative role so being proactive and team-spirited will be highly beneficial.
