My client is a well-established and highly successful Independent Wealth Management firm with an outstanding reputation in the industry. They are looking for a career technical paraplanner/Paraplanner Team Leader to support a well-established Advisers’ book of UHNW clients. You will be part of a highly collaborative team who focus on helping clients achieve their financial goals and objectives. The role is fully hybrid and offers 1- 2days in the office and 3-4 days WFH.

Key responsibilities will include bespoke Suitability Reports, Cash Flow Modelling, undertaking research within the market for specific financial products and investment opportunities relevant to the client’s risk profile, and preparation of annual reviews with clients. Mentoring and training more junior members in the team and enjoy sharing your knowledge and expertise. You must be technically competent across various products such as pensions, investments, IHT, Estate planning.

My client is looking for a diploma qualified paraplanner with Senior paraplanning/Team leading experience who is looking to build on technical skills and knowledge and enjoys being in a client facing role and attending client meetings. Ideally you will be working towards your Chartered status and looking for a new challenge with a client that fully supports employee’s wellbeing and progression.
