Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen, for a highly motivated and ambitious individual, to join a successful financial firm in London, as a Senior Wealth Administrator. As a Senior Wealth Administrator, you will be the key contact for both clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and effective coordination across the business. You will liaise with clients to manage their needs, schedule reviews, and support the team by gathering essential information. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure processes run smoothly and cases progress effectively.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Submitting all forms of new business applications on relevant platforms and internal systems
  • Liaising with clients and providers in a professional manner to get access to necessary plans whether that’s pensions, investments or protection.
  • Ensuring that cases are progressed to the point of transfer completion, (funds are on the platform & invested, plans are in place, client has received tax-free cash) ready for the client servicing manager
  • Keeping client details up to date across all relevant systems and platforms
  • Following the correct procedures to close off transferred plans or setting up of platform accounts
  • Presenting weekly to your team with updates on cases, spreadsheets should be continually updated
  • Gathering data and preparing client valuations each month
  • Scheduling annual and half-yearly client reviews and supporting team to gather information for the reports
  • Liaising with the implementation team, and product providers, to monitor and progress client transfers and post-transaction reporting
  • Carrying out day to day requests from Clients (Money In/Out, Switching Funds) and ensuring all tasks off the back of client meetings are completed
  • Acquiring knowledge of business procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance by adhering to company procedures
  • Gaining an understanding of and adhering to the ethos, culture, and purpose of the Company
  • Undertaking appropriate professional development and training.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively liaise with clients, internal team members and external stakeholders
  • Organisational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritising effectively and maintaining attention to detail
  • Proactive and Self-Motivated: A 'can-do’ attitude with the drive to learn and take initiative
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in all administrative tasks, from client information to scheduling.
  • Team Player: Able to work collaboratively with colleagues while also taking ownership of individual responsibilities.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • IT Literate: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Excel and willingness to learn new systems
  • Interest in Financial Services: An enthusiasm for working in the financial sector and a desire to grow professionally within the industry.
