Job Title: Supplier & Business Relationship Manager

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Our client, a prominent entity in Central Government, is on the lookout for a dynamic Supplier & Business Relationship Manager. This is your chance to be at the forefront of supplier management, ensuring exceptional service delivery and performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Supplier Management:Oversee the day-to-day performance of Strategic Suppliers, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
- Governance & Collaboration:Chair key governance forums and collaborate across departments to tackle service issues and drive improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement:Act as the vital link between business needs and supplier capabilities, managing expectations and escalations effectively.
- Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for service enhancement and implement recovery plans for any performance gaps.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing suppliers with contract values above 30 million.
- Strong background in ITIL-based technical IT services delivery and incident management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyse complex data to drive service improvements.
Essential Qualifications:
- ITIL 3 or 4 Foundation (desirable).
- CIPS or Supplier Management Qualifications.
